Exploding Dice Notation

Also called “Aces” or “Acing” in some systems.

When the highest value on the die is rolled, the die is rolled again. In some systems, the result is treated as a single die.

Syntax
`dY!` `XdY!`	Rolling Y on a Y-sided die grants an additional die roll.
`XdY!ns`	Disable dice sorting.
`dY!Z` `XdY!Z`	Exploding dice. Rolling Z or above on a Y-sided die grants an additional die roll.
