Fate Dice

Also called Fudge Dice, they have an equal number of pluses, blanks, and minuses.

This syntax can be used with all other syntaxes, where the values are replaced with 1, 0, and -1.

Equivalent to rolling d3-2.

Syntax
`dF` `XdF`	Rolls dice with values of -1, 0, 1. Represented by `-`, `0`, and `+`.
